Katy Fillingham was born and grew up in rural North East England. From a young age she has loved creating and designing.

 

Katy now lives in Wales and is inspired by the wildlife, nature and people that surround her.

 

She is awed by the great variety of colours and textures within the natural world, and likes to convey this beauty in her art and crafts, using many different mediums, natural and recycled materials.

 

Katy has taken part in various local exhibitions as well as creating commission pieces for clients in Europe.
